Very disappoint with the service. We called because we were going to be 5 minutes late. When we arrived the front counter service personnel was working with a customer. Arrival was 10:05
At 10:15 the car was delivery to the back for an oil change. Our car wasn't ready until 12:05. 2 hours for an oil change!
When we asked why it was taking so long at 11:30; we were told that they were training an employee. They did the inspection first; and when they started to change oil they found out they didn't have the correct filter. The filter was on route.
The appointment was made 3 days in advance. I think the mechanics/staff should check for parts. Also the front counter service agent should have the courtesy to ask if you have other appointments scheduled. Late for 2 appointment that day ... because of this.
The safety check didn't even catch the most obvious ... didn't notice three tire replacements are needed.
This is an honest assessment. Hopefully, this information will help provide you a better processes in the future. Let your customer know in advance; we had the courtesy to that we were running late.
