We are retirees visiting Naples for two months having driven down from NH. We thought that we needed new shocks (possibly a $1,500 repair on our model vehicle), and called Happy Wallet to schedule this work. Gloria and her team did an extensive diagnostic review of the entire vehicle, and they explained that we did not need new shocks (or any other significant repairs either). SO ... it became totally apparent that these are extremely honest people who could have easily taken advantage of visitors, but they did not do so. Despite the fact that our situation resulted in very little revenue for them, they paid for an Uber to return us home when we dropped off our vehicle. Then, amazingly, the owner called us that night and made arrangements to pick us up herself the next morning to drive us back to her shop. They just don't make people like this anymore, and we are thankful that we met them. We would strongly encourage anyone reading this to use Happy Wallet for any automotive concerns. This was an outstanding experience. We told the service manager that we thought we needed new shocks (a $1,500+ job). After a thorough complimentary inspection, we were told that no repairs of any kind were necessary. In addition, we were driven to and from our vacation home at no cost while our car was in their care. These people are impeccably honest, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. After 50 years of car ownership, I can say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop.
