Service in the new facility is better than ever. A description of our car's maintenance issues were carefully explained, both verbally and on paper. Waiting in the front desk area was a pleasure in itself. Jim Washburn's wife has done a remarkable job making everything clean and practical. My wife loves that restroom!

I went to Happy Wallet with a high estimate in my hand from a well known service center where they had freaked me out with a $600+ part replacement. Jimmy really took the time to work on this part and instead of replacing it he ran miracles on it and sent me home with a bill with only a fraction of the earlier estimate. You really leave this place with a "happy wallet". I wouldn't go anywhere else as long as I am able to drive.
