I have two cars - both without a warranty and both have been serviced by Happy Wallet. They have done everything from an oil change to replace a blown transmission. It is the first time in my 52 years of existence that I don't dread calling a service department. Amanda and Gloria are an absolute pleasure to deal with and there are NEVER any hidden costs. Happy Wallet should send VW of Naples a nice Christmas Card this year because it was there lack of customer service that sent me looking for someone else to repair my vehicle. I took my VW Jetta in to the dealer because it was making a strange noise, and after standing in front of 2 service reps for 7 minutes and neither of them acknowledging my presence. Not even a look or a hand gesture telling me they will be with me as soon as they were done doing whatever it was they were doing. NOTHING!!!!! I have worked in the customer service industry for many years and I was obviously very upset because even 7-11 greets every customer that walks in the door. VW of Naples poor customer service sent me to, in my opinion, the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been in contact with in a very very long time. The prices are excellent as well. I will NEVER go to Jiffy Lube or any other drive thru oil change business again. THANK YOU VERY MUCH HAPPY WALLET...................See you soon
