HWQAR was a friendly group and honest and quite efficient. They fixed everything I asked for and when diagnosing my power steering problem, after replacing a worn high pressure hose, they found a hairline leak in the pump. The shop manager informed me much of the leakage has stopped, but you are going to need a new pump because of the leak. I will go back again and recommend this business to others.

It was fine but not what it used to be. They would not accept my extended warranty package like they used to.
Hi Kelly, we honor all extended warranties, I’d love if you can give Gloria the Operations Manager a call 239-404-7589 and go over what in your policy did the service advisor not accept. We work will all the extended warranties as long as they are not direct manufacturer warranty as we do not get paid only the dealerships can do those.
