This was my first visit to Happy Wallet auto service. I needed a dependable auto shop to bring my car. Recently the outside handles on my 2001 Toyota Camry both broke off within a month of each other: passenger and drivers front doors! I needed an oil change as well, so I did a google search of places with good customer ratings. I am a ‘snowbird’ and only reside here part time. My car sits idle when I’m not here. Happy Wallet was able to replace the broken handles and guarantee them for another 36 months. Also along with the oil change is a complimentary auto inspection overall (there’s a list of what’s offered). I was able to get an appointment right away, was given a reasonable estimate, and had everything taken care of that I needed. I would have given 5 stars, but since it is my first time at this auto facility, I feel 4 stars is appropriate at this time.

First auto repair facility that I have used since moving to Naples Fla. I will say that they were very courteous and professional. I can't say enough about Gloria who helped me as soon as I arrived. I will most definitely be using them in the future. Stay tuned !

I found Happy Wallet after a very bad experience with customer service at VW of Naples & I am actually glad it happened because Happy Wallet, in my opinion, has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive industry, bar none. Whether it be an oil change ~ a transmission or a pre-purchase inspection of a used car from Carvana they are incredible!!!!!!!! Always appreciate they honor the scheduled appointment time. Besides the requested service at a fair price, they inspect and recommend immediate or future service needs. I trust them because I have witnessed on several occasions where other customers were relieved to find out they had a minor repair or adjustment at little or no cost when they could have been charged for a major repair that was not needed. Very impressed!
