I brought my 2011 Ford Edge Limited in to have several issues taken care of. I had read several reviews before going. I was pleased with the personnel I dealt with, Amanda and Gloria. They both seemed knowledgeable and was very pleasant to work with. Once it was determined that I would have to leave my vehicle, I was given a complimentary Uber ride home. As for the pricing, they were in the reasonable range of what I had expected to pay.
They got my car back to me within like 2.5 hours to replace a part in the steering column, got me an uber home to wait there, and were nice as pie. It wasn't too expensive and my steering wheel is extremely smooth now. O have no complaints.
