Although I feel certain that an error is of a rare nature at Happy Wallet, they readily expressed real contrition along with acknowledging their mistake. Secondly, their response to correcting that mistake went "above and beyond". The owner, service advisor, and #1 technician were all on the same page to get it right and get me happy.
