Had a coolant leak in our Audi Quattro which required specialist assistance so first stop was a Audi dealership who after explaining my problem did not even call back, I’m always against using main dealerships so was not disappointed. I read reviews looking for someone to trust and these pointed me to Happy Wallet. I dealt with Jay who kept me informed all the way including asking for my authorisation to remove certain parts to find the leak, the end result was one Audi repaired to a professional standard including a free car wash, customer service way beyond what I’d call normal and the cost more than reasonable. This is now the garage that will look after the car going forward, service intervals etc. Many Thanks to all the Team and would recommend to anyone.

We had a coolant leak on our Audi A3 Quattro which a local garage suspected was from the Turbo but did not have the expertise to tackle so I reviewed others on Google and came across Happy Wallet whose customer reviews were very positive. I emailed for a appointment but unfortunately their reply ended up in my junk folder so I called and they confirmed my preferred date was available. Car had to stay overnight which was fine by me as Jay had called me outlining what they needed to do to find the leak and I gave the go ahead, the end result was honest, professional workmanship and a customer service of the highest class, they could have said it was the turbo which would have cost bucks but their honesty meant a really fair repair cost and the car was washed and vacuumed after as a nice touch. Thanks to all those involved including a great car clean and thank you Jay for the way you treat customers, I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
