service was fine the handling of the cost to retrieve the hardware from the old cylinders wasn't. Before starting it should have been determine that parts were missing and I given the choice to move ahead.

Unfortunately when a customer supplies the part and we aren't able to order ourselves with the required hardware, we often don't know what we are missing until we start the job. Trunk strut installation can be slightly different vehicle to vehicle. We did stop the work because you wanted to call home to find out if the hardware may have been left behind. Glad you were satisfied with our service and we look forward to the opportunity to servicing your vehicle again.
Happy Wallet is the only place I trust to take my car in for service. They are honest in determining what my car needs and do not try to inflate the bill. Their pricing is very fair and service is great. Also, there is a friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in. If and when we are here full time, we will take all of our cars to them.
