Hopefully as you, your employees, and ALL your many customers must now know, I think you are "the cats meow"!!! Poor "Bessie", like me, is definitely beginning to show now only her age, but "wear and tear"...... but with "HAPPY WALLETS" continued due diligence, excellent care and service, you are just like her "personal physician", ........... I let share what doesn't seem quite "right" ..........and "you take it from there and make her better"!!!! What else can I say.......!?!??!! You are as determined as I am.... "with love and good care, ole Bessie will go on and on, just like the "battery"!!!! All I can and want to say, is a tremendous THANK YOU, to each and every one of the "HAPPY WALLET" people for the integrity and personal care they not only show but provide with their service!! Ole "Bessie" and I can truly attest!!!! Many, many thanks to Jim, his incredible wife. and all of their terrific team for not only the pride they take in the service and work they perform on each and every vehicle they service, but for the extraordinary care given to each customer who entrust our "babies" to their care. As always, the customer service at Happy Wallet was superior. I went in for an oil change, was promptly greeted in the reception/waiting area. The oil change and multi-point vehicle safety inspection was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was Happy when I left and so was my Wallet.
