As always, your staff was very pleasant and friendly. I spent two hours in your shop, however, and all we really accomplished was rotating my tires. I came in to see what service was due, since my indicator was telling me service overdue, and to see if anything could be done about my car pulling to the right. The service overdue message is still popping up, and now my car pulls to the left. So I guess for future service I may have to go to BMW ):

appeared to be very honest.... no pressure to buy some suggestions that they made. they gave estimates for additional repairs but was completely up to me. I had an engine light problem but they could not even find a computer code error and did not try to upsell anything.
