Service was nice clean inviorment. Free coffee always nice. Wasn't happy at all with my results I was told they would find the problem from. A diagnostic two hours later they finally told I had to go back the neck day to finish for another test for $149 dollers. Customers service couldn't even tell what it might cost to fix very dissatisfied.

Thank you for sharing your concern; unfortunately when tracing multiple performance issues pinpointing takes time to trace. We never recommend any repair or service that's not needed and the additional testing would have allowed us to be exact in our recommendation. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
