Jim Washburn, his wife Jan and their "crew" are responsible for the 220,000 miles plus, on my 1997 Toyota Avalon this week it's still going STRONG!!! New tires and motor "mounts" were installed. What a difference these have made!!! Drives like a new car!!! Jim has been taking care of this car for as long as I have owned the car, about 14 years....... What more can I say, except, a tremendous THANK YOU JIM..... Obviously you know how to maintain a car and take car of your customers!!! I am totally indebted to you and you precious wife, Jan for all you do for not only me, but for all you meet!!!! May God Bless you with many years of continued success and happiness!!!!

Took my classic 1976 cadi with 34,000 miles in for carb and front end work. Quality of work was most important work was excellent and the cost did make my wallet happy. Great customer service. Techs explained what needed to be done in a non tech way thanx Happy Wallet

Did the work that was discussed and agreed upon in a timely manner. The price was also fare, even at an hourly rate less or competitive with other local repair facilities. The jury is still out on the coolant leak, though. Hoping your decision to use a sealer will work. Just a note to remember next time: When someone come in with an 8 & 1/2 year old car (even top of the line Accord in as great shape as ours) I would tell them about the coolant leak and all the related factors first, such as possible head gasket replacement. That way it we could decide if it is worth putting almost $400.00 into our car or if it is time to buy another one now.

Thanks for your review, Rolf. Actually we did disclose it's possible there could have been a head gasket leak. That's why we suggested performing a Pressure Test first before recommending the $400 of additional work you authorized. Gloria said she's followed up with you a couple days after you were here and all was okay at that point and she'll call again next week because we want to make sure all is okay. Also our customer repair and maintenance cost tracking software will help tell you what your cost per mile is to maintain your vehicle over time, which can be a great help in determining if it is time to replace! Let Gloria know if you'd like us to run that report for you :)
