Good work and very thorough - little on the high side price wise.

Laura, thanks for your review! Those trunk supports are not inexpensive =( The work we perform comes with a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty. So if those trunk supports go out on you/wear down prematurely -- maybe excessive shopping/trunk use =), the labor time it took to install them is also covered by the warranty, so they'd be replaced at no cost to you.

My opinion/feelings have not changed. There is no doubt, Jim and his crew are the truly the best!! Jim knows my car and me so well that if/when I tell him I "hear a noise", or it "is doing this", Jim takes it and sure enough, he too, hears/notices the same.....but is so brilliant, he knows what to do about it!! That's why I'm still driving the car with 212.000 miles on it. There is not reason to get rid of it......not with Jim and his crew taking care of it!! Kudos to everyone at Happy Wallet!! Keep up the great work and thank you for all you have done and do for me and my Bessie!!!

I just moved to Naples from Maryland and didn't know the area at all. While driving around one day in need of an oil change, I happened upon Happy Wallet with the NAPA sign. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was done promptly, accurately and at a fair price. Their motto is exactly right! I am 100% satisfied and will bring all of my vehicles to Happy Wallet in the future.
