Happy Wallet fixed my Audi at a good price (same as quoted over the phone). They even gave me a ride both ways. Jim and Evelyn are regular folk you can trust. Last time I went to Naples Audi they quoted me $200 over the phone but gave me an estimate of $4700 when I came to the dealership... that was 3 years ago... none of the that work has ever needed to be done. Car runs like a champ.

I am very disappointed that I took my car to your shop the day before my service appointment and you weren't able to service my car. Adding to this is that I called to set up a service call last week and left a message and didn't hear back from anyone. Happy Wallet is a longstanding, excellent repair shop that I have had great success with. Looking forward to them being better staffed...

Set up appointment for a "free" SRS check. At first they were hesitant to do for free so I had to show them their website. They run the codes (thank you) and show them to me. They then tell me that in order to properly give me an estimate, they need to take my seats out and other things that will cost me anywhere from $48-96 just for an estimate. I don't understand, the codes showed the issue. Was 100% planning on having them fix this until I was told I have to pay for an estimate. Currently looking to get fixed somewhere else
