Service was great. I let you know numerous times that I worked at Napa for 8 years.i asked Evelyn if I was getting a Napa belt. She assured me that I was. I did not mean a product that Napa sells, I wanted a Napa belt. Then I asked her what pads they were using, She said the SS brand which I know very well. They include the hardware which I was charged for on each tire. I don't mind the cost of labor. But to double the price of the parts and then adding on parts that are included. I was not happy. I would go back but I would appreciate more truthfulness. Jim is great and was a great help.
fixed my Toyota in the time they said they would and for the price that they estimated. The front desk woman was very pleasant.

The staff were all very nice 5 stars. The Manager was not friendly, maybe he was not having a good day. The service tech was nice and very through in his explanation of what was needed. Good day for me all around, except for the gruppy Manager.

Although your customer service reps were very nice, I did not find the service you provided me or my sister all that helpful.
I am sadden of the situation with your vehicle, the seat track for your Corvette is on back order and not available from Chevrolet, unfortunately, when the dealer discontinues a part you must cross your fingers when ordering parts online. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We did however receive a new part for the Vette after you left Florida and will hold it for a while. If you go to your local repair shop, they will have the same issues we did. Perhaps they can call us and we can ship the part to them and you can resolve your issue, especially since you aftermarket warranty has authorized your repair. I hope this can help you. Thank you.
